PASSENGERS REQUIREMENTS UPDATE (21 May 2025)
Passenger Requirements:
- For Passengers with serious medical conditions (e.g., undergoing chemotherapy, recent surgery, advanced illness) must present a medical clearance certificate stating they are fit for travel.
- For minors travelling alone or with a companion other than their parents or legal guardians.
To ensure the safety and legal compliance of minors (under 18 years old) please be guided by the following requirements
Minors Traveling Alone
The minor must present the following:
- Duly notarized Parental or Guardian Consent Letter authorizing the travel.
- Photocopy of valid ID of the parent or legal guardian who signed the consent.
- Valid ID of the minor (School ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate).
- Contact number of parent/guardians for verification.
- Must be accompanied to the terminal by a parent/guardian or authorized adult during check-in.
Minors Traveling with an Adult Other Than Parent/Guardian
If a minor is traveling with a relative, family friend, or other adult companion, the following must be presented:
- Notarized Travel Consent Letter signed by the parent(s) or legal guardian, indicating:
- Full name of the minor
- Full name of the authorized adult companion
- Destination and travel dates
- Contact details of the parent/guardian
- Photocopy of valid ID of the parent(s)/guardian.
- Valid ID of the minor and the adult companion.
- Copy of the minor’s Birth Certificate (if no school ID available).
Failure to present any of the required documents may result in denied boarding.
For safety reasons, minors without proper documentation will not be allowed to travel unaccompanied or with unauthorized persons.
